三元前軀體共沉淀反應釜由反應釜、蠕動泵、在線PH控制系統(tǒng)、控溫循環(huán)裝置四部分組成。采用PLC+觸摸屏控制；反應釜由不銹鋼316L和玻璃兩種材質；夾套+保溫設計；采用機械攪拌、攪拌轉速50-500r/min轉/分可調；采用雙層推進式攪拌槳，混合速度快，分散效果好；計量泵可實現連續(xù)進液；led數字顯示泵頭轉速，加料速率可調；可設置定時功能；在線ph自動控制系統(tǒng)，穩(wěn)定性高，耐酸堿腐蝕；控溫循環(huán)裝置，通過夾套控溫，控溫范圍30-70ºC正負0.5ºC；采用PLC+觸摸屏控制，實現在線監(jiān)控反應器內溫度、壓力、攪拌速度、加料速率、用戶只用輸入設定值，就可以實現無人值守自動反應，避免長達48h的專門看守和手動調節(jié)波動造成的產品性能下降。
